Mrs Karachorova, would you say how is progressing the company Black Pearl?
Last year was very dynamic for Black Pearl. We participated actively in the National Program for Energy Efficiency of Residential Buildings in Blagoevgrad. The city renovated the first completed units in the country under the program. Black Pearl offer and provide construction equipment needed for remediation. For this purpose were provided 20 000 m2 scaffolding and 10 electric platforms / double and single / model CAMAC 3000. In parallel, the Black Pearl continues its active presence in the construction market as a leading company in the leasing of construction machinery and scaffolding rental construction of buildings of all types : office buildings, industrial and infrastructure projects. We expanded our contacts with new suppliers of quality construction equipment from Italy, Czech Republic and Spain. We work with companies proven in the industry, their products meet all European requirements. This enables us to meet the high demands of our customers by providing them with a choice of equipment complying with all the conditions of safety. For example, for the upcoming high-rise buildings over 100m Black Pearl offers hoists for cargo and people with advanced computer system with a faster rate of ascent and descent than known on the Bulgarian market. The machines have load capacity from 500 kg to 2500 kg and with a variety of sizes of the cabins.
We carefully monitor trends in Bulgarian and European construction markets. Our company is constantly updated with new technological solutions according to the needs of our customers for construction sites of any type.
What products and services are enriched corporate portfolio?
In 2016 Black Pearl complement its portfolio of products and services, becoming the exclusive representative for Bulgaria of the Belgian company Sky Man International NV. The company has over 30 distributors worldwide already and now in Bulgaria. Sky Man offers a unique combination of engineering solutions and manufacturing quality equipment associated with various hanging platforms for a wide range of activities and industries. Products are divided into categories: Complete range of modular platform systems used both for residential and administrative buildings and bridges, viaducts, tanks of varying heights and land under and around them. The company Sky Man International NV manufactures unique combination of engineering solutions and special platforms for each project - provide access to skylights, atriums and facades. Monorail beams attached to the facade of the building. Suspension systems is used for movement by rail. Hanging equipment for cleaning glass facades of high altitude. Cranes positioned on the roof of buildings and their movement on its periphery in order to reach all sides of the facade.
Would you share an infrastructure project that you worked?
We finished the construction site, which was commissioned engineering solution - Remediation supporting pillars of the bridge and road plate at v. Pisanets, the height of some of the columns reaches 70 meters. Making a special hanging platform with motorized hanging beams is the first platform of this type applied in the country. Platform model MAXI, its length is 13 meters and is moved up and down by means of hoist OCTO. Her movement forward along the bridge is carried out by hanging beams laterally fixing the platform below and controlled automatically by the control panel on the platform. The decision is entirely engineering and individually tailored for the client. We put on our website the installation and operation of the platform to present it to our future customers in a real life situation the individual solutions offered by Black Pearl and its suppliers from abroad.
